A series of bicycle rides for active seniors. All rides will start in front of the Council on Aging (COA) at 10AM. Rides are 16-18 miles long. You should be able to maintain an average pace (including hills) of at least 10mph, and have a multi-speed bike in good condition. We'll try to stay mostly on back roads, but we will spend some time on busy roads, so you should be comfortable riding with traffic. After the ride, we'll have coffee and snacks at the COA. Image Rendering – Exploring the disruptive technology with a photographer’s eye.  This presentation/demo provides an overview of the technology, and showcases a number of use cases for photography including generating new backgrounds, re-rendering photos in transformative ways, and briefly touches on A.I. animation. Activities include parent/guardian networking, communication with school officials, outreach to the community, state and national organizations, and sponsorship of educational forums. 68th Annual First Parish Plant Fair

  This long-time tradition is coming back with its healthy inventory of heritage perennials dug from Bedford gardens, herb & vegetable seedlings, as well as stock from local nurseries. We are planning on craft and food vendors, a goat petting zoo, children's activity table along with our famous baked goods table.  We just need the weather to cooperate! Last year it rained pretty early!  Proceeds from the plant and craft sale will support the work of The First Parish in Bedford, Unitarian Universalist. In addition to other programs, First Parish supports local initiatives including Bedford Community Table and the weekly Food Bank;
