In a celebration of their hard work throughout the semester, Middlesex Community College is excited to host a Student Recital as part of the Spring 2024 “A World of Music” concert series. The performance will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, April 22 at MCC’s Bedford Campus Concert Hall, and is free and open to the public.

On Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 7 pm the Bedford Center for the Arts Photo Group will again welcome Suzanne Révy this time for a virtual presentation entitled Landscape - History/Contemporary Photographers' Response. She will conduct a deep dive into the history of landscape photography followed by a review of the rich and diverse contemporary response by artists/photographers working in the landscape space. After graduating from high school in Los Angeles, Suzanne Révy moved to Brooklyn, NY and earned a BFA in photography from the Pratt Institute where she was immersed in making and printing black and white photographs. First Parish in Bedford is hosting a "Food for Thought" event on Friday April 26th in our Common Room from 6-8 pm. We will be discussing how we talk about death in our society. Come for multigenerational engagement on the euphemisms we use for death, the stigma surrounding the topic, the awkward things people say and more. This is an all ages event hosted by our Faith Development Committee designed for kids, youth and adults and open to all in the community.
