Deb and John Caban lead a pickleball group that meets and plays every Tuesday and Saturday morning at the John Glenn Middle School.

According to Deb, this is one of four local pickleball groups that meet regularly to play in Bedford.

“It began with a dozen women hikers from Bedford who wanted to learn about pickleball. We have been playing since 2021. There are currently more than 100 women and men players on the email list with about 25-30 attending each session. Anyone is welcome to participate,” said Deb.

She added, “All of the pickleball groups are thankful for the portable rolling pickleball nets and the newly installed lights at the middle school.”
