Winter Programs and Classes for Adults at Bedford Recreation

A variety of adult classes and workshops are starting up after the New Year. Register now!  The Recreation Department Winter 2014 brochure is available on-line at  Registration is available on-line, in person, by mail or by fax. The phone number is 781-275-1392. The department is located at 12 Mudge Way.

We offer a variety of interesting classes and workshops.  Find something that interests you!  If you are looking for a unique and special holiday gift for someone, sign them up for one of our classes.  We have the following classes coming up:  French Pastry Made Easy, Jams and Jellies, Six Intriguing Museums, Your iPad and Beyond, Understand Your Home Network, Preparing Your Estate Plan, Get Ready for Spring Gardening Workshops, CPR, Reporting for New Sites or Blogs, Successful Negotiating, Car Shopping Using Today’s Technology, What Every Elementary Parent Should Know, Watercolor, A Taste of Blacksmithing, Knitting, Silk Hoop Painting and Paint and Press.

Stay in shape with a selection of different fitness options. We are offering BodyJam, BodyPump, BodyFlow, NIA, Hatha Yoga, Zumba, Co-Ed Bootcamp, AquaZumba, AquaAerobics, Hot Hula Fitness, Pilates/Yoga Fusion, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary Dance and Conditioning for Dancers.  Learn or participate in a new sport or outdoor adventure, there are opportunities for Bedford residents to play in pick-up games of Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton and Soccer.  We even have a Snow Shoe outing planned in January.
