The Art of the Automobile, photographs by Steve Edson, is on view at the Bedford Free Public Library gallery until July 12. "Form and function welded, bolted, and stitched together for speed, comfort, performance, and safety. My photographs explore the precision of bent metal and chrome to conform to the designer's vision for the efficiencies of aerodynamics combined with the beauty of timeless style." Join Minuteman Senior Services in May for the Spring Forward Walk, Run & Roll!  You will have the option of completing a 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles) along the route of your choice anytime from May 20 – 29, 2023.  Other than the registration fee, there is no fundraising required, however you do have the option to increase your support by setting up an individual or team fundraising page or joining a team. The speaker for our May Chapter Meeting is Neil Rasmussen, president of Save Our Heritage (www.saveourheritage.com), who will share information on why it is important to Stop Super Emitter Private Jet Expansion at Hanscom Or Any Airport. Plans for a massive hangar build-out for private jets at Massport’s Hanscom Field are underway. BCA: Theme-Based Image Sharing Projects

On Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 7 pm Glenn Ruga returns to the BCA Photo Group for a virtual discussion of Theme-Based Image Sharing Projects from several BCA members. This Image Sharing meeting will be a review of 6-8 images captured as an assignment over several months. The assignment relates to the storytelling aspects of photography as much as it does to the technical and aesthetic qualities of the photos individually.
