A big “thank you” to those who responded to the request to join the volunteers assisting taxpayers in preparing their federal and state tax returns this coming season. The Bedford Volunteer Tax Program looks forward to working with you in this very worthwhile and rewarding service.
There is still need for more compassionate and friendly people to join the team for the upcoming tax season. The more people who volunteer, the more clients can be served.
You are not required to have extensive knowledge of tax law as training is provided and you will always work with another volunteer. If you have prepared your own returns in the past and have some time between February and April, the Bedford Volunteer Tax Program could use your help.
