The Bedford Arts and Crafts Society will hold its Regional Art Show on Bedford Day, Saturday, Sept. 23, and invites artists to submit entries. This is an opportunity to show and sell your art.
This year’s categories include: Watercolor, Oil/Acrylic, Drawing/Pastel, 3-Dimensional, Photography, and Other Media. The exhibit will be open on Bedford Day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Union Room at the Town Center.
Artists may submit up to three pieces of art. There will be no charge for members and a $5 per entry for non-members to exhibit. There is a 20 percent commission for sales for members and a 25 percent commission for non-members. There will be no awards this year. The proceeds from the show help fund each year’s BACS scholarship.

Participating artists may submit up to three entries that will be accepted in the Union Room at Bedford Town Center (yellow building), 12 Mudge Way from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22. Work may also be dropped off at the Bedford COA front desk on Thursday, Sept. 21 and Friday, Sept. 22 during regular COA hours.
Pick up will be from 2 to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23. You may assign someone else to pick up your items as long as the claim check is presented.
