In the winter, on a cloudy day, early in the morning,… basically anytime you see light outside those UV rays emitted by the sun are able to penetrate your skin. Here are some quick tips on how much to use, the different types and the fact that adding SPF 15 on top of your SPF 30 sunscreen does not give you SPF 45 protection.
