Ronald F. Tolwinski passed away at on June 2, 2019. Ron dedicated his life to the community having served on the New York City Police Department for over 20 years rising to the rank of Sergeant. After retiring to Bedford more than 10 years ago, he continued to work with the Bedford and Lincoln Police Departments. He was also very active in youth sports, first coaching his sons and later watching his grandsons.
Visiting hours will be Thursday, June 6, from 4 to 8 pm at Bedford Funeral Home, 167 The Great Road., Bedford.
Mr. Tolwinski’s funeral will be held from the funeral home on Friday, June 7 at 9 am followed by a funeral Mass in St. Michael Church, 90 Concord Rd., Bedford, at 10 am.
