Virginia L. “Ginny” Draper passed away on May 10, 2019. Mrs. Draper became a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in 1972, was head of the Altar Guild for many years, and took part in the early editions of St. Paul’s Tonight. She also volunteered at the voting polls in Bedford and was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Funeral services will be private.
