The Friends of Bedford Depot Park invite you to BEDFORD RAILROAD DAY - Saturday, August 19, 1:00 to 4:00 pm, Bedford Depot Park  Early in the morning of August 4, 1873, the first Middlesex Central Railroad passenger train arrived in Bedford and departed a few minutes later for Boston. To mark this pivotal moment in Bedford’s history, the Friends of Bedford Depot Park will host "Railroad Day," a celebration of the 150th anniversary of what was the beginning of a century of rail service to Bedford.
