The Parents Diversity Council and BEST PTO invite families to meet former Davis Kindergarten teacher, Vera Ahiyya, author of the brand new book, You Have a Voice! Ms. Ahiyya will be the Author in Residence at Davis on May 2 and 3.  The evening of May 2, she will be able to meet with parents and families.  She will make a brief presentation, read her book, and have time for Q and A and book signings.  Along with LOTS of hugs for former students (who knew her as Ms. Corbett when she taught kindergarten at Davis)!
