The Wall That Heals, a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, is coming to Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital Sept. 22-25, 2022. The exhibit, along with a mobile Education Center, will be open 24 hours a day and is free to the public. The Wall That Heals closes at 2 p.m. on Sept. 25. VA Bedford Healthcare System is recruiting motorcyclists, motorcycle riders, and bikers to join the motorcycle escort following The Wall That Heals to Bedford, Massachusetts, on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, where VA Bedford is hosting The Wall through the weekend. This is a motorcycle-only escort; four-wheeled vehicles are not permitted. The ride will begin at VFW Post 3291 in Pepperell and end on the grounds of the Edith Nourse Rogers Veterans’ Memorial Hospital in Bedford. The escort will contain hundreds of Veteran & civilian riders and follow a scenic route through Pepperell,
Shawsheen Tech will host its annual fall fair on Saturday November 19th from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm. This event is free and open to the public. There will be over 100 vendors, concessions, and raffles. Middlesex Community College A World Of Music Concert Series will continue with live concerts this fall. The series will open with the Lowell Chamber Orchestra, conducted by MCC faculty member Orlando Cela, on Saturday, September 24 at 7:30 pm in the Donahue Family Academic Arts Center, Theatre in Lowell. The Lowell Chamber Orchestra will perform a varied program of works from the Classical Era and today. The winner of the LCO concerto competition, Roi Karni, bassett clarinet, will perform the Clarinet Concerto by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Paikuna Saqinku by Colombian composer Estefanía Pardo Pérez will be featured as the
