Grounded, an exhibition with works by encaustic/wax artists Carol Krauss, Tracy Spadafora, and Sarah Springer will be on display at the Bedford Free Public Library until July 13, 2022. The event is free and open to the public. The public is invited to view the exhibit during regular library hours.

Join us for our 1-Night Self-Defense & Physical Empowerment Workshop For Women Ages 14+ Tuesday, June 7th 7:00pm - 8:30pm at Callahan’s Karate Led by Winnie Callahan, Co-Owner of Callahan’s Karate and Jennifer Buckley, Founder of GrooveWrx, this interactive class addresses the challenges women face regarding personal safety and physical confidence. In a fun and supportive environment we will demonstrate and practice simple, yet effective self-defense techniques and review other tips for safety and building confidence.
