Survivors’ journey through the healing process using Expressive Arts. Survivors of domestic abuse will share artistic and creative works in response to their experiences. The expressive arts are a profound, therapeutic outlet for those of us who are processing overwhelming experiences of trauma and abuse. The arts also provide a deeper, more powerful experience for all of us who are working to better understand the complexities of this insidious dynamic. St. Paul's has been active in mission to Haiti since 2013, beginning in clinics near Leogane, an area hard hit by the 2010 earthquake. Our activities evolved to support a local child nutrition program, the nursing school FSIL, the school of rehabilitation FSRL, and local efforts which can provide year-round improvements in
