Learn How to Get Rid of Clutter

December 26, 2023

Submitted by Bedford Council on Aging

  • Do you want help to clear the clutter?
  • Do you want to declutter, but are overwhelmed?
  • Are you struggling to let go of some items?
  • Are there stacks of paper in several locations in your home?
  • Is it difficult to use your kitchen or bathroom?
  • Do you worry about having guests over to your home?

If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then the 15-week, in-person “Buried in Treasures” workshop being offered by the Bedford Council on Aging may help.

This is a relaxed program that will help teach participants how to build insight, skills, and strategies to help declutter, get organized, and reduce acquiring. The class is geared to help all levels of clutter from someone with just a few messy areas, to excessive collecting, to hoarding tendencies/disorder.

The class meets from 1 to 3 p.m. every Thursday, starting on Jan. 4 in the Flint Room at the Town Center.
