‘Laughter is the best medicine’

Submitted by the Bedford Friends of the Council on Aging (FBCOA)

Please join the FBCOA on Tuesday, May 7 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at St. Michael’s Parish Hall, 90 Concord Road, for an interactive program with Robert Rivest who will stretch minds, some body parts, and ensure that that attendees strengthen their ability to breathe and laugh out loud as much as possible.

Rivest is the creator and founder of Wellbeing Laughter and The Rivest Method of Joyful Living. He is an internationally regarded performer, teacher, and public speaker. A talented mindfulness and stress relief educator, he has given over 8,000 presentations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and across the United States. His mission is to use laughter, mindfulness, and the performing arts to bring greater health, happiness, and joy to as many individuals as possible.
