Support the Bedford Fire Department Breast Cancer Awareness Month Fundraiser!

September 20, 2023

There are 11 days left to participate in the Bedford Fire Department fundraiser in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. According to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, more than 700 women are diagnosed with breast cancer every day in the United States. The past and present members of the Bedford Fire Department have had loved ones affected by breast cancer, and each year, the BFD typically orders t-shirts to wear on shift to show their support for breast cancer awareness.

This year, the BFD invites the public to get involved. Join in support by ordering a Bedford Fire Department Breast Cancer Awareness t-shirt, hoodie, or long-sleeve shirt in kids or adult sizes, pink or navy, in September and wear it to show support when it arrives a few weeks later for October Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

All proceeds of the fundraiser will go directly to the National Breast Cancer Foundation to better fund breast cancer research and treatment.

Shirts are ordered and shipped directly to addresses through custom Ink: https://www.customink.com/fundraising/bedfordfirefightforacure
