Fran and Bob Tyler, noted jazz artists, will be honored with a Jazz Brunch at First Parish in Bedford on Saturday, Sept. 30, beginning at 11 a.m. The Tylers will be performing along with First Parish musicians Buffie and Dean Groves.
The public is invited to meet these venerable artists who have led their own jazz combo in the Boston area for decades. Although they are residents of Burlington, Bob and Fran are long-time members of First Parish and have been musical icons there for years. He is a gifted pianist and Fran is a vocalist on classic jazz ballads.
Suggested donations (which will be received at the door) are:
- $20 – Adults
- $15 – Seniors, students, and children, ages 6 to 12 years
- Children, ages 5 and under, are free.
First Parish, 75 The Great Road, is wheelchair accessible. The Jazz Brunch is one of a series of musical offerings from the First Parish Music Committee.
