Deadline for Final Election and Special Town Meeting Letters and Comments

[Editor’s Note: This is an update of a notice that originally was published on Oct. 28.]

The Bedford Citizen welcomes your letters and comments. Please note – the deadline to submit comments and Letters to the Editor on The Bedford Citizen’s website about articles and subjects leading up to the Nov. 14th Special Town Meeting was 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8.  No further letters or comments on these issues are being accept until after the Special Town Meeting. The only new letters on Special Town Meeting subjects being posted for the rest of this week were submitted before Tuesday’s deadline. It takes up to three business days for letters and comments to be approved and posted.

After the Special Town Meeting, people are invited to once again write and comment.

Letters to the Editor should be emailed to [email protected]

Writers must include their name and verifiable contact information (street address and telephone number, or a valid email address) with each submission. The Bedford Citizen will publish the writer’s name, but not their contact information.

Letters must be no more than 400 words in length. Please do not include charts or graphs. Links to another site with graphs may be included, but the writer should verify that the link is working prior to submission.

To submit comments, a “Reply” button at the end of each article in The Bedford Citizen sends a reader’s comment forward for consideration.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Note: The Bedford Citizen reserves the right to reject and/or return a letter or comment to the writer to make changes before posting if the Opinion Board feels it does not follow The Citizen’s policies.
