Karl Winkler, head of First Parish’s ECo Taskforce, confirmed on Monday that the newly-installed shingles on the roof of Bedford’s historic meeting house are in preparation for the four rectangular clusters of solar panels that will soon be spread out over the building’s four roof surfaces.
“This long-awaited project, once approved, was funded within a month,” Winkler continued.
