U10 Bedford Black completed an amazing 13-1-1 season with a 14-1 championship game victory over Billerica on June 20 at E field under the lights.
After winning the Bedford championship against the tough Bedford Gray team, Bedford Black played Tewksbury in the semis and started down 6-0.
After a well-timed thunderstorm pushed the game to the next night, Bedford Black stormed back to win 10-6.

Black was dominant. Three shutdown pitching innings apiece from Emelyn Heeney and Audrye Dumlao held Billerica down and led the team to victory.
Every player had a hit in the game as well, so everyone contributed to the team success.
Great season, congrats to U10 Bedford Black!
