Springs Brook Park was brimming with swimmers and loungers this week, with reports of capacity crowds and a full parking lot by mid-morning. According to Springs Brook Park director Nikki Taylor, safety and water clarity were never an issue thanks to this year’s careful management.

While there can be long lines of families waiting to enter the park, Taylor noted that that members of Springs Brook Park are checked in separately through a members-only line.

Springs Brook Park memberships are still available, and are prorated for the second half of the season. They’re available at the Recreation Department in Town Center, or at the park.

Taylor went on to say that the park reopened to individuals and families who are neither members or Bedford residents around 2 pm today, and will remain open until 7:30 pm.
