Summer will soon officially arrive and Springs Brook Park will be opening on Wednesday, June 19. Memberships are now available and can be purchased at BedfordRecreation.org, in the Bedford Recreation office at 12 Mudge Way, or at the Park once it opens. This summer, the park will be open Wednesdays through Sundays. Hours are:
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays – noon to 5 p.m.
- Fridays – noon to 7 p.m.
Also returning this year are afternoon swim lessons for kids, ages 4 and up.
Special events planned include:
- 4th of July Bash
- Mermaid Day
- S’mores Night
- Celebrate Summer Music Night
- Games for All Day
- Sandcastle Contest and more.
