Bedford residents Pao-Fei Yang and Carol Rissman are among the 60+ artists participating in the Ceramics Studio at Harvard’s exhibit and sale that opens on December 6 and closes on December 9.  Their work will be on display with more than 60 other artists in an extraordinary selection of of handmade work ranging from masterpieces to treasured bargains.

Sponsored by Harvard University’s Office for the Arts, the ceramics studio is not a student enterprise, but a community studio where professional artists work and share information and inspiration. Long recognized as featuring the best and most varied selection of contemporary ceramics in the Northeast, this popular exhibition and sale attracts several thousand visitors each year.

Free cups made by exhibitors will be available on a first-come, first-served basis during the opening reception.

The opening reception will take place from 3 until 6 pm on Thursday, December 6; the show will be open through December 9 from 10 am until 7 pm.
