On Sunday, December 10, at 5:30 p.m., St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will host its 9^th annual service of Advent Lessons and Carols. The service will feature the Parish Choir, Youth Choir, and soloists, augmented by strings and bagpipes, and will be led by Dr. Michael Monroe, St. Paul’s minister of music. The service also features familiar hymns for congregational singing, as well as readings from the Bible and other spiritual works, both historical and contemporary. Rev. Christopher Wendell, rector of St. Paul’s, will preside over the 75-minute service. A reception will follow in the parish hall.
