Microsurfacing and micropaving will begin on Monday, June 24. Monday and Tuesday will focus on Carlisle Road (from the Compost Site to the Carlisle Town Line), Benjamin Kidder Lane, and Ruben Duren Way. Wednesday and Thursday will focus on Springs Road, Hillside Avenue, Hancock Street, Anthony Road, Hunt Road, Hamilton Road, Brown Street, and Wayte Road (east of Hancock). The work will be weather dependent and the schedule is subject to change.
For trash and recycling collection, residents are advised to place carts at the curbside on Sunday evening. The Town’s trash and recycling contractor has been notified that road work may impact collection. Trash collection may occur as early as 6 a.m. (before work start) or after road work ends for the day (after 3 p.m.). Residents who experience a collection delay should report the issue at www.bedfordma.gov/recycling (“Need Help” tab of the Waste Wizard tool).
