The Hanscom Area Towns Committee (HATS) will meet at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 23 via Zoom.
Minute Man National Historical Park Superintendent Simone Monteleone will give a presentation on the Great American Outdoors Project and NHP’s 250th Anniversary Planning.
Charles Hornig, Lexington Planning Board member, will review Lexington’s experience with the MBTA Community Zoning that was approved a year ago. Lexington is seeing a significant number of multifamily projects coming to the town as a result of the MBTA zoning.
There will be an opportunity for municipal updates from the HATS communities on MBTA zoning, affordable housing, energy code adoption, Town Meeting votes, and other major initiatives. There will also be updates from Massport and Hanscom AFB.
