Bring Papers to Shred to the Bedford Compost and Recycling Center on Wednesday

The Bedford Department of Public Works is offering residential paper shredding at the Compost & Recycling Center, 108 Carlisle Rd., from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15. Residents may bring up to five boxes or bags of confidential papers to be shredded on site by A1 DataShred. 

Residents should pack whole papers to be shredded in boxes or bags. The papers will be emptied into the on-site shredding truck and the boxes/bags will be returned to you. Whole papers only, staples or paper clips are ok. No binders, binder clips or hard drives will be accepted for shredding.

Residents only. Proof of residency or blue resident sticker required. No appointment necessary.
