The Bedford High School baseball program invites the public to support the team with two upcoming fundraising events.
Support the baseball program by eating at Minuteman Diner (363 The Great Road) from 4 to 10 p.m. on Friday, May 3. The Diner will donate 20 percent of all profits during the event to the BHS baseball program. Minuteman Diner serves a full menu, including breakfast all day, burgers, sandwiches, paninis, comfort food plates, milkshakes, and bar. Eat in or take out and support Bucs baseball.
The second event is a yard sale and bake sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 4 at 325 South Road. The rain date will be at the same time and location on Sunday, May 5. Household items, clothes, shoes, kids and baby items, sports equipment, and more will be on sale with proceeds going to BHS Baseball.
All proceeds from the fundraising events will go to Bedford High School baseball varsity, and two junior varsity teams. Funds will be used for things such as uniforms, equipment, travel expenses, and field improvements.
