Trios of BHS Graduates Meet Up at Different Events

April 4, 2024

There’s no telling when reunions with fellow Bedford High School graduates will happen. Trios of BHS graduates caught up with each other in two unrelated events.

This week, Derek Yerardi reported that three Bedford High School graduates, each from a different graduation year and each attending a different college, met up to represent their respective college at the annual National Student Nursing Association conference in Orlando.

Michaela O’Brien is a junior at Worcester State and Lauren Young is in her senior year at the University of Connecticut. There was also Astrid Yerardi, a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh. She is an honor-roll member of her school’s National Student Nursing Association. All three are Dean’s List students.

The conference was for both business and pleasure. Students heard lectures about the latest in field technologies as well as having time for fun in the sun at Disney World and Epcot.

And on Saturday, Robin Steele reports that Bedford High School graduates Coco Steele (Clark University), Lily Nemirovski (Mount Holyoke College), and Lulu Steele (Endicott College) convened for a mini-reunion between track events at the Tufts University’s Snowflake Classic in Medford. The meet took place on Saturday – before the actual snowflakes arrived.
