What’s Bedford Thinking? It Must Be Spring – Bedford Farms Opening Saturday

This really hasn’t been much of a winter, yet here we are at another Daylight Savings Time. Yes, it can still snow and get cold, but so far, the beginning of this March really does feel like we made it through another winter.  

Snowdrops, crocuses, spring bird calls, and tick concerns are all among the harbingers of spring. Without a doubt, one of the tastiest harbingers is the reopening of Bedford Farms Ice Cream.  

For a few years, they stayed open year-round, but during the last few years, they closed for the winter.  That begs the question – when are you going to get your first ice cream at Bedford Farms?  

Sure, a lot depends on the weather. The first 75-degree day will totally change the answer to this question.
