This week, Bedford is the strong underdog matched up against favorite and reigning champion Burlington. Bedford needs all readers of every age to enter minutes before midday on Thursday.
Help stage an overthrow by logging your reading minutes. Or bring in your paper log to the Bedford Free Public Library before noon on Wednesday to be counted before this week’s challenge curfew.

Log all of the minutes spent reading – books, graphic novels, magazines, audiobooks; even time spent reading your favorite news sources such as The Bedford Citizen counts – here’s two minutes you can log for reading this article. Parents reading to a child can count minutes for both the parent and child! Listening to an audiobook on a car ride can multiply reading minutes for each of the passengers! Reading “Hamlet” for your English class (or fun) counts.
