Nineteen Scouts from Cub Scout Pack 194 earned their Arrow of Light award on March 3. The Arrow of Light award is the highest award in Cub Scouts and is the only award that can be worn on a Scouts BSA uniform.
This is the largest group of scouts earning this award in Pack 194 in one year in recent memory. Fifth grade scouts earning the award include Jack B., Thomas C., Will F., Brady H., Nate J., Gavin H., Justin H., Jackson L., Ethan L., Isaac L., Aarav M., Jack M., Samarth M., Spencer O., John P., Charlie S., Luca Z., and Drayke Z.
Cub Scouts are eligible to earn the Arrow of Light when they have reached fifth grade and completed both required and elective advancement requirements.
Pack 194’s award ceremony was held during a Blue and Gold Celebration with families from the entire Pack and included a cake decorating contest and magician.
The Cub Scout program includes outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, citizenship, STEM programs, first aid, and more. Bedford Cub Scout Pack 194 is open to boys and girls in grades K to 5.
