On-demand classes are also offered for high-school students and adults. Email [email protected] to schedule a class.

There are two classes coming up during the next few months for elementary and middle schoolers. Both classes, taught by Michael Rustillo, will be held in the Bedford TV studios. The fee for each class is $173.

This class will take place from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on four Wednesdays from April 24 through May 15.

Students will learn the key aspects of the filmmaking process such as composition and lighting as well as shots and angles. They will also work with both field equipment and in the studio on multi-camera productions.

Using what they learn, students will produce a show of their choosing (documentary, interviews, sports, etc.). It can be anything.

After filming, the students will work together to learn the editing skills needed to finish their videos.

Using what they learn, students will write their own script (documentary, interviews, sports, etc.). It can be anything.

After writing their scripts, students will learn how to take their short scripts together to learn the editing skills needed to finish their video.
