Summer Adventures registration is set to open at 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 26. Summer Adventures has been a Bedford tradition since 1975.
Operated by the Bedford Recreation Department, Summer Adventures is designed to provide children with a safe and fun summer experience where they can make life-long summer memories. Summer Adventures offers a wide variety of activities and there is something for everyone. This summer’s experience is for kids, ages 4 through entering grade 9.
Summer Adventures is based at Bedford High School and is staffed by local teachers, college students and BHS students who are carefully selected, guided and supported by the program directors.
People can read more about this program in the Summer Adventures 2024 brochure and register by using the Recreation Department’s active registration site, starting at 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26. Spots do fill up quickly. Please be sure to put your child on the waiting list if your desired sessions fill.
The Bedford Recreation Department is planning for a busy spring and summer. All other spring and summer recreation programs can be found in the Spring & Summer Youth and Adult program brochures that are currently posted on the Bedford Recreation Department’s webpage (www.bedfordrecreation.org).
Registration for all other programs open at 8 p.m. on Monday, March 4.
