Superintendent Calls for Snow Day: No School on Tuesday, Feb. 13

The following message is from Superintendent of Bedford Public Schools Cliff Chuang:

Due to inclement weather, we have determined that Tuesday, Feb. 13, will be a snow day for the Bedford Public Schools. This means classes will not be held and all schools and district offices will be closed.

In addition, all school events and activities including athletics, practices, and games, performing arts, rehearsals, and performances, are postponed/canceled.

However, the School Committee meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. will be held fully remotely on Zoom. Twelve-month employees should plan to work remotely. Special thanks in advance to Facilities and Public Works staff who will be hard at work in the cold.

Please note that evening activities scheduled for Monday, Feb. 12, will continue as planned.

And to help enjoy the day of snow, here’s a musical gift from the superintendent and friends:

Love the musical gift from Supt. Chang and friends!! (I guess the admonition to “let it snow” didn’t work…).
