Help our neighbors give their kids a great holiday

December 1, 2023

Groups in town are collecting gift cards through the end of December to give to families within Bedford to purchase holiday gifts for their children.

$25 denomination gift cards to Target, TJMaxx/Marshalls, Ocean State Job Lots, Amazon, and Walmart can be dropped off at the drop box in the lobby of the Bedford Police Department, 2 Mudge Way, at any time.

There will be a drop box available this Saturday, Dec. 2 at the Bedford Tree Lighting starting around 4:30 p.m. outside of the Bedford Fire Department alongside the Rotary Club table.

There will be another pop-up opportunity in the cafeteria lobby of Bedford High School during the Rotary Club’s Winter Breakfast on Friday, Dec. 10 from 9 a.m. to noon; and Bedford Santa Gift Drop Day at John Glenn Middle School on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Gift cards are being gifted to Bedford Youth & Family Services, who will be distributing them to families within Bedford and at the Bedford Plaza Hotel needing support. Gift cards can be dropped off directly to Youth and Family Services or the Health Department on the second floor of the yellow Town Center Building at 12 Mudge Way.
