The Residence at Bedford Senior Living held its first open house on Thursday for their neighbors. According to Executive Director Arzu LeBlanc, all the neighbors had the most positive and welcoming attitude towards the new senior living community on South Road. “We are so happy to be part of the South Road neighborhood. We could not ask for a better location and neighborhood. Thank you all very much for your hospitality and support.”
The Residence at Bedford is scheduled to open next year in June. It has 92 apartments: 66 in Independent Living and Assisted Living, and 26 in the Reflection Memory Care unit. Studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments are available. The Residence operates on a rental model with rents starting from $6,300 a month.
