The final Town of Bedford special recycling event of the year is scheduled for 9 to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Compost & Recycling Center. The event will be held rain or shine.

Due to the popularity of this event, residents are asked to stagger their arrival by last name:
- A-F: 9 to 10 a.m.
- G-M: 10 to 11 a.m.
- N-Z: 11 a.m. to noon
- All residents: noon to 1 p.m.
Proof of residency or a blue resident sticker is required.
