Paul K. Downey, 74, died at the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital on Sept. 2, 2023.
He was born and raised in Manchester, NH and was the son of the late Maurice and Mary (Shea) Downey.
He honorably served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1966-1970.
Private funeral service will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
