BedfordTV is inviting families, friends, coworkers, groups, and teams to register now for the Fifth Annual BedfordTV Trivia Night Fundraiser taking place at Minuteman Diner at 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 25.
BedfordTV is a non-profit community access TV station serving the town of Bedford. The annual trivia fundraiser helps support the organization’s mission to make local media available, reflective, and responsive to the needs of the Bedford community.
Brian Hebert, BedfordTV Executive Director, is proud of the scope of the services BedfordTV can continue to provide with the help of community support. With “our many classes offered throughout the year to Bedford students, our diverse membership of producers creating great local coverage, our BHS sports coverage, and the coverage of Bedford government board and committee meetings, we connect with so many residents of Bedford on a daily basis.” BedfordTV can be found on YouTube (with more than 13,000 subscribers) as well as available Comcast (channels 8, 9, and 99) and Verizon (38, 39, and 40) cable channels.
To register for Trivia Night, teams of two-to-six people are encouraged to register early ($25 per person), as seating will be limited. The games begin at 7 p.m. with cash prizes for first and second place teams. Food and drinks will be available for separate purchase during the event.
