Public Hearing by the Tree Warden for Railroad Avenue

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing by the Bedford Tree Warden on Sept. 12 at 6 p.m. on Zoom (See link below) to act upon a proposal by Matt and Lizzie Dillon to remove one 14” DBH Oak tree, one 29” DBH Oak tree, one 20” DBH Maple tree and one 17” DBH Cherry tree for the purpose of constructing a mixed use development. This Public Hearing is being conducted in conformance with Chapter 87, Section 3 of the Shade Tree Act. The four (4) trees will be posted and are listed below:
