F.W. Webb was listed as one of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2023” in Newsweek last month.

The Newsweek list used results of a survey of more than 37,000 female employees at large American companies. 600 companies scored an “Equality Score” of 4 stars or higher (out of 5 stars) to land in the “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2023” list. The scores were based on criteria such as “compensation and benefits,” “work-life balance” and “proactive management of a diverse workforce.”
While serving traditionally male-dominated industries, providing pipes, valves, fittings, controls for construction, manufacturing, and more, women serve in roles throughout the company up to the highest executive positions.
