Great Day of Tournament Success for Four BHS Teams

Monday was a splendid day for Bedford High School teams competing in the MIAA post-season state tournament.

• The boys’ tennis team defeated Dedham, 5-0, to move on to the Division 3 quarterfinals.
• Boys’ lacrosse team took care of Essex Tech, 18-4, to move on to the Division 3 round of 16.
• The softball team defeated Westborough, 4-1, in the opening round of the Division 2 playoffs.
• The girls’ lacrosse team had the upset of the day, traveling to Dartmouth and winning 16-10, in the opening round of the Division 2 tournament.
