The First Church of Christ, Congregational in Bedford celebrated St. Patrick’s Day, not with the traditional corned beef and cabbage meal, but with an old-fashioned community spaghetti dinner last Friday, March 17.
Many people enjoyed the feast (honoring countries that begin with “I”) which included pasta, sauce with meatballs, garlic bread, and a variety of goodies offered for dessert. And to add some St. Patrick’s Day green to the feast, there was salad. Vegetarian and gluten-free options were also available.
All proceeds collected at the dinner will benefit First Church ministries.
