An Obituary: John B. Mungo

John B. Mungo passed away on March 3, 2022, 2022. Mr. Mungo served in the National Guard for thirteen years. He was an active member and past president of the Lexington Lions Club International. He was an avid golfer and loved boating and being on the water at their summer cottage.

A calling hour will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am followed by burial in Shawsheen Cemetery, 1 Shawsheen Road, Bedford.

Never had the actual HONOR of actually meeting Mr. John B.Mungo , ( Pop Mungo,) in person but Did through cards and text messages. Did however know His 2 AMAZING DAUGHTERS, LYNN and CHERYL. Is was OBVIOUS that Mr. Mungo was BRILLIANT, KIND, THOUGHTFUL an d EVERYTHING ANYONE YOU COULD DREAM OF In a Dad,Grandfather,Great Grandfaher, Great Grandfaher,Brother,Friend etc. Mr .”Pop” Mungo was als a Military Veteran as well. Aside from Immediate Family,NOBODY ,ANYWHERE IS MORE PROUD TO HAVE KNOW ” Mr.” POP ” Mungo than ME ! Now Reunited with Mrs. Mungo in HEAVEN ! R.I.P SIR !
