William Cooper Waterhouse passed away on January 4, 2022. A resident of Bedford from 1983 until 2019, Mr. Waterhouse was ” a voracious reader, a wise counselor, and a terrible golfer” who was an amazing chef who created memorable meals both for his family and the Bedford Gourmet Club that never failed to amaze.
A private memorial service will be scheduled when the weather is better and Mr. Waterhouse’s family and friends can celebrate the things he loved—the lakes and mountains of Maine, good food, and cheap beer.
