It’s S’no Problem ~ No Matter the Weather, Bedford Fire Dept. to Collect Toys for Local Children ~ Saturday, Dec. 18 ~ 10 am to 4 pm

“After last Saturday’s monsoon,” Bedford Fire Captain Mark Sullivan intimated that tomorrow’s predicted snowfall wouldn’t be problematic. “We are like the postal workers. Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat nor gloom of night..”.

Captain Sullivan and others will be in the BHS back parking lot (adjacent to Liljegren Way) from  10 am until 4 pm to collect Toys for Local Kids.

A local charity based in Somerville, the Bedford Fire Department has worked with Toys for Local Children for many years. While  many of the toys go to Somerville for wider distribution, Bedford’s f

Toys should be unwrapped. We are collecting toys for children of all ages.
