Joan M. Carroll passed away on November 16, 2021. A former long-time Bedford resident, Mrs. Caroll was a coordinator for the Lexington Housing Authority. In retirement, fulfilled a lifelong dream of living near the ocean and moved to Kennebunkport, ME.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4-7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday at St. Michael Catholic Church, 90 Concord Rd., Bedford at 10 a.m.
